Over Our Heads: It's fracking Friday

It's fracking Friday

It's finally fracking Friday. I had to complete an extremely stressful assessment at work today and I am wiped out and a little discouraged to be honest.

There are times I truly believe I have a mental disorder. Never ever read your old Abnormal Psych text when you believe you have a mental disorder, it will only make things worse.

Today someone at work that I liked really a lot, a lot left to go work somewhere else and it made me very, very sad. It's unfortunate really because it's not often you meet someone who is so extremly sincere and genuinely good as this person was.

Sometimes we expect unrealistic things from people, and therefore we should not be disappointed when expectations are not met, but sometimes we still are. By we I mean me.

I hate the same old shallow conversations with people, had over and over again out of politeness. Do you really care how I am doing? Of course not, you weren't even listening. And we never talk, not really. And the last time I began to actually tell you something real you ignored me and began talking to someone else. Don't force yourself, let's just skip the niceties and say we didn't.

I was just pondering what common allergy I should dress as for Halloween. It's down to a peanut or ragweed. I'm still debating and it could take a while. In the meantime, enjoy this vision of Halloween terror:

This is Mary Kate. If you don't put some garlic and holy water out she just might turn into a bat and fly through your bedroom window.

Well I've just about had it now. Sleep well.

I suspect that he/she still is like that. You don't have to lose all contact, you know. ;-)

You're right. I can do that. Sometimes I am overly dramatic. Good advice.

I hope it goes with out saying, but--

I really do like being around you, and I wish we could talk more when there aren't so many pirates around.

Uhoh, my comments were in no way a reference to the events on Friday night!!! I just realized how that could be taken. But I would like to talk to you of course. Maybe you could come visit teach me sometime.

I didn't think you were referencing that particular event, but it just got me thinking how I miss visiting you. So there.
